Ephraim Bay Publishing Rental Catalog

The Rental Catalog contains all works published for orchestra and large ensemble by Linda Tutas Haugen available through Ephraim Bay Publishing Company. For all rental inquiries, including price quotes, perusal scores, and orders, please contact laurelkallman@lindatutashaugen.com.

When placing a rental order, please provide the following information:

1. The number and date(s) of performance(s)
2. The number of string parts you will be requiring
3. The ensemble name, conductor name, and soloist name(s), if applicable
4. Whether or not your organization is licensed by ASCAP
5. If you will be recording the performance as either an audio or video recording, and any possible broadcasts of the performance.

RENTAL POLICIES
1. Rental material must be returned to Ephraim Bay Publishing Company no later than 15 days following the final performance. For each 30 days that the music is overdue, the organization will be billed the original rental fee.
2. Missing parts upon return will be billed at a minimum of $10 per part
3. Rental parts must be kept in good condition. A light pencil mark may be used but the use of ink, crayon, colored pencil, or heavy black pencil is not allowed. If music is returned in poor condition the part will be billed as missing.
4. All rental music is copyright of Linda Tutas Haugen and unauthorized reproduction in the form of performance, audio and video recordings, or print is illegal.


Instrumentation is denoted in the standard orchestral order:
solo(s); flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon; horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba; timpani, percussion, harp, piano, extra instruments; strings

Doublings and auxiliary instruments are indicated as follows: 2(1) - a total of 2 players, with the normal doubling 2,1 = a total of 3 players: 2 flutes, 1 piccolo (no doublings) 2(1), pic = a total of 3 players: 1 flute, 1 flute doubling piccolo, 1 piccolo
